What happens if I exceed my allocated roaming data?
Standard roaming charges will apply if you use your allocated roaming data in Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia. We recommend monitoring your data usage via the redONE 1App to avoid additional costs.
I am not on the BEST Plans. Does this affect me?
Unfortunately, the upgrade is only available on our current BEST Plans. To request a change of plan, visit our guide here. A change-of-plan fee of $10 will be charged to your account, and the new plan will take effect on the 1st of the following month.
