What are the new BEST Plans available?

We offer two new plans: BEST10C and BEST20C, effective 3 November 2025.

Who can sign up for these plans?

New and existing redONE Mobile subscribers (including MNP port-in numbers) are eligible for the plans.

Will I be tied to a contract?

No, the BEST Plans are contract-free, but a minimum commitment of 2 billing cycles is required.

Are the monthly plan fees inclusive of GST?

Yes, all prices include prevailing GST.

What does the monthly subscription fee cover?

• Data Usage: Valid in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and fifteen additional countries.
• Voice Calls & SMS: Valid for calls originating from Singapore to Singapore and Malaysia numbers only.
• IDD Minutes: Valid for calls originating from Singapore to Malaysia numbers only.

The fee covers bundled data, voice calls and SMS.

What happens if my data bundle is fully utilised?

• Local Data: Reduced to 512kbps after 100% usage.
• Roaming Data: Switched to Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rates after 100% usage.

You may purchase Data Add-ons for high-speed usage.

Is there a prorated charge for the first month?

Yes, your first bill is prorated based on the activation date.

Is there a refund if I terminate mid-month?

No. If you terminate your line, you will still be charged for the entire month. We recommend terminating at the end of the month.

Are IDD and Roaming services activated by default?

Yes, IDD and Roaming are automatically enabled. If you’re travelling outside the supported countries, please disable Data Roaming to avoid charges.

What are the charging block sizes for various services?

1. The above-published BEST Plans will be reflected in the Customer Agreement Form (CAF) and Registration Form as BEST10C and BEST20C.
2. The BEST Plans are valid for all sign-ups starting from 3 November 2025.
3. These plans apply to all new subscribers and MNP port-in numbers.
4. Subscribers on the BEST Plans will continue to use the plans until the subscriber or redONE Mobile decides to terminate the plan(s).
5. The monthly subscription fee for the BEST Plan is only for bundled allocated data, voice calls, and SMS.
   • The bundled allocated data applies to usage as stated in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and fifteen additional countries only, while the allocated bundled voice calls and SMS apply to usage originating from Singapore to Singapore and Malaysia numbers only.
   • The allocated bundled IDD minutes apply to usage originating from Singapore to Malaysia numbers only.
   • Roaming Data for visitors to Myanmar will be disabled until further notice.
6. All prices quoted include prevailing GST and are based on monthly recurring service unless otherwise stated.
7. IDD and International Roaming are automatically activated for all subscribers.
   • Should the subscriber travel to other countries (apart from Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam) and do not wish to incur Roaming charges, the subscriber should deactivate the Roaming services in the redONE 1App.
   • Additional Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on the Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.
8. Roaming and IDD are chargeable for countries that are not part of the bundled BEST Plans and are based on the PPU rate.
9. The charging block size for each service can be found on our Terms & Conditions page under Point 3. Any actual usage that is smaller/shorter than the charging block size will be rounded up and charged as the respective charging block size.
10. The BEST Plan’s first bill will be prorated based on the subscriber’s plan activation date.
11. There will be no prorate for lines terminated before the end of the month. Once the month has begun, all mobile lines will be charged for the entire month of usage. For example, if a user terminates his/her mobile line on 1 May 2025, the user will be charged for May. Users are advised to terminate their lines towards the end of the month to utilise the line entirely.
12. Upon 100% utilisation of the allocated local data bundle for the BEST Plans, the subsequent usage will be drawn from the Basic Internet data throttling at 512kbps speed. Customers may purchase a Data Add-on to continue high-speed surfing the Internet.
13. Upon 100% utilisation of the allocated roaming data bundle for the BEST Plans, the subsequent usage will be pay-per-use (PPU).
14. The BEST Plans do not come with a contract. However, the subscriber will be charged for at least 2 billing cycles.
15. This offer’s Terms and Conditions shall be read in addition to the redONE Mobile’s Terms and Conditions (“Principal Terms & Conditions”) accepted by the Customer and shall be supplemental to the Principal Terms & Conditions. The Principal Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply and bind the Customer for this promotion.
16. redONE Mobile reserves the right to amend, modify, or remove any of the Terms and Conditions herein at its sole discretion without prior notice.
