What is a Nice Number?
Nice Numbers are easy-to-remember mobile numbers with special sequences, such as:

1. AABC (e.g., 8760 8810)
2. ABBC (e.g., 8760 7880)
3. ABCC (e.g., 8760 7688)

What is the promotion about?
The usual $38 fee for selecting a Nice Number will be waived if you activate a redONE Postpaid line with an eligible Nice Number during the campaign period.

How do I get the waiver?
No extra steps required. The $38 waiver will be applied automatically upon activation if your selected number falls within the eligible sequences.

Can I choose any Nice Number?
Nice Numbers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability in our inventory.

Is the $38 waiver transferable or refundable?
No. The waiver is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

I am an existing redONE Mobile Subscriber. Can I change my existing number for a Nice Number?
Yes, you can change your existing number for a Nice Number. However, the $38 Nice Number fee will be charged up front by our Authorised redONE Mobile Partners, along with a $30 Number Replacement Fee. To check out our Partner Stores, visit www.redonemobile.com.sg/store-locator.

3. The standard $38 fee for Nice Numbers will be waived for new subscribers during the campaign period.
4. The standard $38 fee is charged for any Mobile Number Replacements under existing subscribers with redONE Mobile.
5. The waiver is applicable only if the subscriber activates the line with the selected Nice Number within the campaign period.
6. Availability of specific number sequences is on a first-come, first-served basis.
7. redONE Mobile reserves the right to refresh, replenish, or update the Nice Number inventory at its discretion.
8. The $38 waiver is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
9. All port-ins, new registrations, and number selections are subject to redONE Mobile’s verification and approval processes.
10. redONE Mobile reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
11. Decisions made by redONE Mobile regarding the campaign are final and binding.
