How do I participate in the redONE Mobile’s 5th Anniversary Weekly Challenge?

To participate, all you have to do is to like the post, provide a complete answer in the comments section and garner as many likes as possible to your comment.

Who is eligible to participate in the campaign?

Anyone and everyone is welcome to join.

Can I submit multiple entries for the Weekly Challenge?

Yes, you may submit multiple entries for the Weekly Challenge. However, only the comment with the highest likes will be considered for the prize.

How will the winners be selected?

The winner is determined based on the highest number of likes garnered on their comment, with a minimum of 10 likes to be qualified. In the event of a tie, additional tie-breaking criteria may be employed to determine the winner.

What happens if a winner has not fulfilled the criteria?

If a winner is selected but did not fulfil the criteria, the prize will be forfeited, and the next winner will be chosen instead. Spam comments will not be considered for the prize.

Can I promote my entry to garner more likes?

Yes, you are encouraged to promote your entry to garner more likes. However, it’s crucial to do so in a fair and ethical manner, as any fraudulent practices can compromise the integrity of the campaign.

Are there any restrictions on the content of my comment?

You are encouraged to be as creative as possible and ensure that your comment is relevant to the question posed in the Weekly Challenge. Comments deemed inappropriate or offensive may be disqualified at the discretion of redONE Mobile.

How many winners will be selected?

There will be one winner for each of the 3 x Weekly Challenge, across both Facebook and Instagram.

What happens if a participant has an illegitimate social media account?

Illegitimate social media accounts will not be considered active participants in the giveaway campaign. redONE Mobile reserves the right to forfeit the prizes if won by these illegitimate social accounts.

What information must I provide if I am selected as a winner?

You must provide accurate details of your name, mobile number and email address.

How will the winners be notified?

Winners will be notified through Direct Message on their respective social media accounts, which they used to participate in the Weekly Challenge.

I am selected as a winner of the Weekly Challenge. How do I collect my prize?

You will be notified through Direct Message on your social media account which you used to participate in the Weekly Challenge. You will then be provided with details on how to collect your prize at our office located at 140 Paya Lebar Road, AZ @ Paya Lebar, #06-04, S(409015).

Do I need to bring anything when collecting the prize?

Yes, please bring your Identification Card or other valid forms of identification for verification purposes.

Can someone else collect the prize on my behalf?

Yes. Please reach out to us for the Letter of Authorisation. To obtain the Letter of Authorisation, you will need to provide us with the full name and identification details of your appointed “Authorised Person”. Your appointed “Authorised Person” will then have to provide their original NRIC or Identification Document along with the winner’s Original NRIC or Identification Document when collecting the prize.

Is there a deadline for collecting the prize?

Yes, there will be a deadline for collecting the prize. Please ensure that you collect your prize within the specified timeframe to avoid forfeiture.

  1. The redONE Mobile’s 5th Anniversary Weekly Challenge will run from 8th July to 27th July 2024.

  2. The redONE Mobile’s 5th Anniversary Weekly Challenge is open to all followers of redONE Mobile’s social media pages (Facebook & Instagram).

  3. Participants are required to:

    • Like the contest post.

    • Complete the question in the comments section.

    • Garner as many genuine likes as possible on their comment (the comment with the highest number of likes will win the Weekly Challenge).

  4. The winner of the weekly challenge will be determined based on the highest number of genuine likes garnered on their comment (minimum of 10 likes on the comment to be qualified). redONE Mobile may employ tie-breaking criteria to determine the winner in the event of a tie.

  5. A winner is allowed to win only once during the giveaway period. If the same winner is selected in subsequent weeks, redONE Mobile reserves the right to select a different winner.

  6. Participants must not engage in fraudulent or unethical practices to increase the likes of their comments. Such practices will result in disqualification. redONE Mobile reserves the right to make the final decision based on the Terms & Conditions set for the campaign. 

  7. Participants must use their personal accounts to participate in this campaign. Using “giveaway accounts” or spam accounts will result in disqualification.

  8. To qualify for the Weekly Challenge, participants are required to follow the steps listed in Point 3.
  9. redONE Mobile reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent activities.

  10. redONE Mobile reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

  11. By participating in this campaign, participants agree to comply with the above terms and conditions.

  12. Winners must collect the prize at our office during the specified office hours.

  13. Winners must present their Identification Cards or other valid forms of identification for verification purposes when collecting the prize. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize.

  14. Failure to collect the prize within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

  15. Any disputes regarding prize collection or eligibility will be resolved at the sole discretion of redONE Mobile. All decisions regarding prize collection are final and binding.

Can I redeem multiple merchandise if I sign up for multiple plans?
Yes, you can redeem the corresponding merchandise for each successful new plan sign-up.

  1. The promotion is applicable to all new plan sign-ups from 1 to 31 July 2024 only.
  2. Merchandise will be issued after every successful sign-up of any BEST10, BEST20, and BEST30 plan.
  3. Merchandise is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to stock availability at each outlet.
  4. Customers can redeem multiple merchandise after multiple successful new plan sign-ups.
  5. Merchandise are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

Change of Plan Promotion

What is the promotion?
Previously, there was a $10 Change of Plan Fee when requesting an upgrade of the plan. From 1 July to 31 July 2024, this fee is waived.

When I upgrade my plan, will it be immediate?
The selected new plan will take effect on 1 August 2024.

How do I request a change of plan?
You can simply do so via our redONE 1App. You may visit www.redonemobile.com.sg/faq to learn more.

  1. There is no charge for the change of plan from 1 July to 31 July 2024.
  2. Subscribers on any existing plan with redONE Mobile can upgrade their plan to the new BEST Plans for free.
  3. Any change of plan requests after 31 July 2024 will incur the $10 Change of Plan Fee.
  4. Once the upgrade is requested through the redONE 1App, the new plans will take effect on 1 August 2024.
