What are the new Promotional BEST Plans available?

We offer two new promotional plans: BEST10B and BEST20B, effective 21 April 2025.

How long is the promotion valid?

The plans are available for sign-up from 21 April 2025 till further notice..

Who can sign up for these plans?

New and existing redONE Mobile subscribers (including MNP port-in numbers) are eligible for the promotional plans.

Will I be tied to a contract?

No, the promotional BEST Plans are contract-free, but a minimum commitment of 2 billing cycles is required.

Can I continue using the plan after the promotion period?

Yes, you may continue using the plan indefinitely until you choose to terminate or discontinue the plan.

Are the monthly plan fees inclusive of GST?

Yes, all prices include prevailing GST.

What does the monthly subscription fee cover?

The fee covers bundled data, voice calls, and SMS:

1. 1. Data Usage: Valid in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and six other ASEAN countries.
   2. Voice Calls & SMS: From Singapore to SG & Malaysia numbers only.
   3. IDD Minutes

What happens if I finish my data bundle?

1. 1. Local Data: Reduced to 512kbps after 100% usage.
   2. Roaming Data: Switched to Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rates after 100% usage.

 You may purchase Data Add-ons for high-speed usage.

Is there a prorated charge for the first month?

Yes, your first bill is prorated based on the activation date.

Is there a refund if I terminate mid-month?

No. If you terminate your line, you will still be charged for the entire month. We recommend terminating at the end of the month.

Are IDD and Roaming services activated by default?

Yes, IDD and Roaming are automatically enabled. If you’re travelling outside the supported countries (Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Vietnam), please disable Data Roaming to avoid charges.

What happens after the promotion ends?

Your plan continues unless otherwise communicated. However, redONE Mobile reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or replace the plan with prior notice.

1. The above-published BEST Plans will be reflected in the Customer Agreement Form (CAF) and Registration Form as BEST10B and BEST20B.
2. The above-published BEST Plans will be referred to as (“Promotional BEST Plans”).
3. The Promotional BEST Plans are valid starting from 21 April 2025.
4. The Promotional BEST Plans are valid for sign-up from 21 April 2025 till further notice.
5. The Promotional BEST Plans are available for a limited time only.
6. These plans apply to all new subscribers and MNP port-in numbers.
7. Subscribers on the Promotional BEST Plans will continue to use the plans until the subscriber or redONE Mobile decides to terminate the plan(s).
8. The monthly subscription fee for the Promotional BEST Plan is only for bundled allocated data, voice calls, and SMS.
   1. The bundled allocated data applies to usage as stated in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and six other ASEAN Countries only, while the allocated bundled voice calls and SMS apply to usage originating from Singapore to Singapore and Malaysia numbers only.
   2. The allocated bundled IDD minutes apply to usage originating from Singapore to Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia numbers only.
   3. Roaming Data for visitors to Myanmar will be disabled until further notice.
9. All prices quoted include prevailing GST and are based on monthly recurring service unless otherwise stated.
10. IDD and International Roaming are automatically activated for all subscribers. Should the subscriber travel to other countries (apart from Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines and Vietnam) and do not wish to incur Roaming charges, the subscriber should switch off the Data Roaming on their mobile equipment. Additional Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on the Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.
11. Roaming and IDD are chargeable for countries that are not part of the bundled Promotional BEST Plans and are based on the PPU rate.
12. The charging block size for each service can be found on our Terms & Conditions page under Point 3. Any actual usage that is smaller/shorter than the charging block size will be rounded up and charged as the respective charging block size.
13. The promotional BEST Plan’s first bill will be prorated based on the subscriber’s plan activation date.
14. There will be no prorate for lines terminated before the end of the month. Once the month has begun, all mobile lines will be charged for the entire month of usage. For example, if a user terminates his/her mobile line on 1 May 2025, the user will be charged for May. Users are advised to terminate their lines towards the end of the month to utilise the line entirely.
15. Upon 100% utilisation of the allocated local data bundle for the promotional BEST Plans, the subsequent usage will be drawn from the Basic Internet data throttling at 512kbps speed. Customers may purchase a Data Add-on to continue high-speed surfing the Internet.
16. Upon 100% utilisation of the allocated roaming data bundle for the promotional BEST Plans, the subsequent usage will be pay-per-use (PPU).
17. The promotional BEST Plans do not come with a contract. However, the subscriber will be charged for at least 2 billing cycles.
18. This offer’s terms and conditions shall be read in addition to the redONE Mobile’s Terms and Conditions (“Principal Terms & Conditions”) accepted by the Customer and shall be supplemental to the Principal Terms & Conditions. The Principal Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply and bind the Customer for this promotion.
19. redONE Mobile reserves the right to amend, modify, or remove any of the Terms and Conditions herein at its sole discretion without prior notice.
