How long is the campaign?

The Campaign will take place from 15 April 2025 to 15 May 2025. 

Where can I participate in the campaign?

The Campaign will be available at the following redONE Mobile Customer Service Centres (CSCs):

How many wallet tissues am I entitled to when I visit the CSCs?

Subscribers are allowed to collect two (2) wallet tissues per visit to any of the participating CSCs, while stocks last.

What happens if the stock runs out at a participating CSC?

If the stock runs out at a particular CSC, no further wallet tissues will be available at that location. No compensation or substitute will be provided.

Do I need to be a subscriber to receive the wallet tissue?

Not at all! Anyone that visits any one of the participating CSC during the campaign period is entitled to receive the wallet tissue.

The redONE Mobile Wallet Tissue Campaign will run from 15 April 2025 to 15 May 2025.

Stock availability is subject to redONE Mobile’s discretion. Should the stock at a particular CSC run out, no further wallet tissues will be available at that location, and no compensation or substitute will be provided.

redONE Mobile reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to changing the terms and conditions or withdrawing the Campaign entirely.
