- What types of plan changes are allowed under this promotion?
- Subscribers may request for the following plan changes:
- Upgrade of Plan –Â BEST10 to BEST20B
- Switch to the same Plan – BEST10 to BEST10B OR BEST20 to BEST20B
- Downgrade of Plan – BEST20 to BEST10B OR BEST30 to BEST20B
- Is there a fee for changing my plan?
- Kindly refer to the information below:
- Upgrade of Plan (BEST10 to BEST20B) – Free until 30 May 2025. A $10 Change of Plan Fee applies from 1 June 2025.
- Switch to the same Plan (BEST10 to BEST10B OR BEST20 to BEST20B) – Free until 30 May 2025. A $10 Change of Plan Fee applies from 1 June 2025.
- Downgrade of Plan (BEST20 to BEST10B OR BEST30 to BEST20B) – A $10 Change of Plan Fee applies.

- When will the new plan take effect?
- Your new plan will take effect on the 1st of the following month after your Change of Plan request is submitted.
- For example, if your Change of Plan request is submitted before 31 April 2025, your new plan will take effect from 1 May 2025.
- If your Change of Plan request is submitted before 30 May 2025, your new plan will take effect from 1 June 2025.
- Your new plan will take effect on the 1st of the following month after your Change of Plan request is submitted.
- What happens if I change my plan on or after 1 June 2025?
- Any Change of Plan request made from 1 June 2025 onwards will incur a $10 Change of Plan Fee, regardless of upgrade, downgrade, or same-plan change.
- Will the $10 Change of Plan fee appear on my bill?
- The $10 Change of Plan Fee will be reflected in your next month’s bill. This fee will be waived off the following month, therefore no action is required on your part.
- For example:
- You submitted a Change of Plan request on 15 May. The new plan will take effect from 1 June. The $10 fee will appear in your 1 July bill, but no payment is required. This fee will be automatically waived on 1 August.

Terms & Conditions
- Subscribers may upgrade or switch to the same plan based on the following Change of Plan Terms:
- Upgrade of Plan (BEST10 to BEST20B): Free until 31 May 2025. $10 Change of Plan Fee applies from 1 June 2025.
- Switch to the same plan (BEST10 to BEST10B OR BEST20 to BEST20B): Free until 31 May 2025. $10 Change of Plan Fee applies from 1 June 2025.
- Downgrade of Plan (BEST20 to BEST10B OR BEST30 to BEST20B): $10 Change of Plan Fee applies.
- Any Change of Plan requests from 1 June 2025 will incur the $10 Change of Plan Fee.
- All Change of Plan requests must be done in the redONE 1App. Please note that the new plans will take effect on 1 May 2025, if the Change of Plan request was submitted by 30 April 2025.
- For Upgrades and Same-plan Changes, the $10 Change of Plan Fee will be reflected in the next month’s bill. This fee will be automatically waived the month after next:
- For Change of Plan requests done in April 2025, the $10 waiver will be reflected in your July 2025 bill.
- For Change of Plan requests done in May 2025, the $10 waiver will be reflected in your Aug 2025 bill.
