What does changing of base plan means? It means that you can upgrade or downgrade your amazing plans!
Is there any fee charged if I wish to change my base plan? Yes. A processing fee of $10 is charged, regardless of upgrading or downgrading your plan.
I have not completed my billing cycle and would like to change my plan. Can I do that? Sure, it is advised that you chat with our Customer Care team if you decide to change your plan before your minimum billing cycle is fulfilled. This is because there might be a penalty included (which we will waive!) for customers who have not completed the billing cycle. Informing our Customer Care team will allow them to put in a request for the waiver to be approved.
I have successfully changed my plan. Can I still purchase add-ons? Of course, you can! Simply purchase any of our add-ons on the redONE SG 1App.

Changing of base plan requests is available from 3rd June 2020.
Subscribers can request changing of base plan at any time, but will only kick in in the following bill cycle.Â
Change of base plan requests are only for lines who are in-use.Â
Change of base plan requests will be rejected for barred or suspended lines.
The Amazing plans’ first bill will be prorated based on the subscriber’s date of plan activation. Our billing cycle is at the 1st of every month.
All prices quoted include 7% GST and based on monthly recurring service unless otherwise stated.
